What payment do you accept?

We accept the majority of Credit Cards, Business Checks, PayPal, and Cash

Do you save credit card information?
  1. We don't store any credit card information on file, unless it is recurring invoice. Like webhosting.
  2. Credit card processing and information are handled with Stripe servers which is highly secured.
What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Mon – Fri from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Sunday is closed - 24/7 for emergencies 

Do you offer warranty on services?

We offer 30 days warranty on all services. 

Do you speak Spanish?

We speak English, Arabic, and some Spanish.

Which platform you use for building websites?

We use WordPress to build and maintain websites.

Do you fix phones?

We are not fixing phones, apple watches, or printers. We fix Desktop Computers, Laptops, All in One, MacBook, iMacs, Servers.

What is the turnaround time for repairs?

We offer same day repairs on HDD replacements, and software related issues. For all other repairs the Tech will inform you.

How Quickly Will You Have a Technician Physically Dispatched to My Location?

We can usually have a tech out to you the same or next day.
